Fresh. By Genes is our Food Truck serving up a naughty selection of foods that have nothing bad for you in them. Our foods are organic and when possible locally sourced. We also operate as a green business. All of our disposable items are compostable, we fry nothing. The pulp from our bottled cold pressed juices is composted.
